- GLOW & GO - LOYALTY PROGRAM POLICY-

1. Program Participation Requirements

 

To receive all the benefits of the loyalty program, clients must attend all appointments listed on the appointment card. Appointments can be completed before but not after the specified date. Missing any appointments on the loyalty card will result in forfeiture of program benefits.

 

2. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide 48-hour notice or not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full amount of the services booked.

 

3. Non-Transferability

 

Loyalty program services and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.

 

4. Refunds and Exchanges

 

Payments made towards the loyalty program are non-refundable. However, the amount paid can be exchanged for other services offered by the salon.

 

5. Appointment Adherence

 

The services listed on your appointment card must be completed on the respective dates specified. The services cannot be separated and booked in separated dates.

Booking an appointment after the date listed on the card will result in the loss of all benefits, including discounts, free treatments, and later payment options.

 

6. Exclusivity of Offers

 

No other offers or promotions can be combined with the loyalty card program.

 

By participating in our loyalty program, clients agree to adhere to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. The salon reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
